Where do you ship from?
Our orders are fulfilled in the center of it all, Los Angeles, California.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are packaged for shipping within 48 hours. We use UPS and USPS for all packages and they generally take 3-5 days to deliver in the US.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment center, and will also include your tracking information . Alternatively, with the tracking number you can access the links below.
Can I combine the shipping on my orders?
We do our best to combine shipping when we notice multiple orders for the same customer. But in the event that we may need to split an order, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Please note: When purchasing the 5ivestar, PLAYBALL Fitted Hat, this item will ship in a box to protect the structure of the hat.
I have not received my order, where is it?
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been shipped.
- Check the tracking information that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from the shipper, it may be that your package is being held at your local post office or awating redelivery.
While it's rare, it may be worth checking with your neighbor just in case.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?
At 5IVESTAR LIFE, we take pride in the quality and exclusivity of our drops. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that fit is everything. We offer exchanges exclusively for size adjustments under the following conditions:
Exchange Requirements

Condition: The item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Approval: You must email us first to receive official approval and specific exchange instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us, as we need to track and authorize the arrival of your return.

Timeline: Once we receive and approve your exchange, please allow 2–3 weeks for us to process and ship your new merchandise.
How to Start an Exchange
To request a size swap, please contact our support team at team@5ivestar.life with your order number and the size you need.
Note: Shipping costs for returning the original item to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
