SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take for my order to ship? We pride ourselves on speed. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? To maintain the exclusivity of our drops, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds.
Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. If you received the wrong size, we offer exchanges for new and unused items. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How do I start an exchange? You must email us at team@5ivestar.life to receive approval and exchange instructions before sending your item back. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your item to process and ship your new merchandise.
SIZING & PRODUCT INFO
How do your clothes fit? Our hoodies are designed for an oversized streetwear aesthetic. Our graphic Tees are true to size, fit and cut is similar to PRO CLUB T's. We recommend reading through each product description, for fit recommendation.
What is "450 GSM"? GSM stands for grams per square meter. At 450 GSM, our hoodies are significantly heavier and more durable than standard retail apparel, providing that premium, structured "heavyweight" feel.
CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
How should I wash my 5IVESTAR apparel? To preserve the high-definition puff prints, high density screen graphics, we recommend:

Turn the garment inside out before washing.

Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.

Hang dry whenever possible. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.

Do not iron directly over puff print or screen-printed graphics.
